女力 — 是國家整體經濟力的重要一環

日本近年也因應適齡勞動人口持續下降，推出「女性經濟學」，目標為在2020年之前將女性企業領導者的比例增至30%，提高女性在企業中的參與度和活躍度。而台灣現正面臨少子化及人才外流，若能鼓勵更多女性持續投入勞動力市場，對於台灣整體經濟力有一定助益。

Role Model — 必要性

因此藉由拉拔女性模範，將能鼓勵更多女性留在職場、持續向上。藉由更多女性模範的鏈結及經驗分享，鼓勵女性挺身而進、持續培養領導力，在生涯各階段能持續發展。本次活動藉由論壇方式深入對話兩大話題：

1. 透過全球知名社群品牌、人資顧問業、外商資訊龍頭產業等女性代表，分享女性堅定特質在今日競爭職場中能展現的長處。

2. 面對今日數位經濟時代中，女性高階主管對於有志於投入參政、社群、諮詢顧問等時代產業的青年，提出剴切建議。

Women Power — an essential part of national economic strength

In the past few years, Japan has pushed forward a policy called “Female Economics” in respond to the continuous decrease of working population. Its goal is to enhance female participation in enterprises by raising the percentage of female business leaders to 30%. On the other hand, Taiwan also suffers from low fertility rate and brain drain. If we could encourage more female participation in the labor market, Taiwan’s economy will definitely benefit from this trend.

Role Model — necessity

Promoting female role models encourages more women to stay in the workplace and climb higher on their career ladders. Through the sharing of female role models, we hope that more women can lean in and thrive. This conference has two aims:

1. Highlighting the strength of female firmness in today’s competitive workplace through the sharing of female representatives from various sectors.

2. Providing advice to young people, whose career will be developed in the age of digital economy.

一頭栽進國際公平貿易運動，讓台灣被世界看見，創辦台灣第一家公平貿易認證商生態綠、持續倡議食物正義與倫理消費，並進一步到倫敦研究全球糧食產銷議題。帶領生態綠從一家咖啡店走到創櫃板，是女性創業家、也是社會企業家。2016年經民進黨提名成為不分區立委，繼續為年輕創業家打造與國際接軌的公平環境。

Yu, Wan-Ju (Karen) is a Taiwanese legislator-at-large-seat representing the Democratic Progressive Party since 2016, who dedicates to speaking out for the youth, social enterprise, SDGs, gender equality, innovation startup, and digital transformation. Having started out as a female social entrepreneur and become a legislator, Karen is a role model for the younger generation. She founded the first fair-trade company in Taiwan, Okogreen, in 2008. To date, she has promoted the legislation amendments, which have been passed including Company Act, Financial Innovation Experiment Regulations (also called Fintech Regulatory Sandbox), Early Childhood Education and Care Act, Unmanned Vehicle Technology Innovation and Experiment Act and so on.

美國議員及國會婦女議題連線副主席

Congresswoman and Vice Chair of the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues

2002年進入波多黎各眾議院，為當時最年輕的成員、並快速晉升為眾議院議長，2016年更以最高票當選首位波多黎各美國國會代表，不僅帶領波多黎各的經濟復甦，並且促使波多黎各350萬美國公民在聯邦法律、法規、服務和資金等方面享有平等待遇。

Ms. González-Colón entered elective office in a 2002 special Election, becoming the youngest member at the time of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives. She quickly rose through the ranks achieving the posts of Speaker of the House and Minority Leader. In 2016, she was elected as Puerto Rico's sole Representative to the U.S. Congress, who’s the first woman to hold the office and received the most votes of any elected official on the Island in that election. Her priorities as Puerto Rico’s voice in Congress include spearheading the economic recovery of Puerto Rico, securing equal treatment for Puerto Rico's three and a half million U.S. Citizens in federal laws, regulations, services, and funding.

Distinguished Fellow, Georgetown University Institute for Women, Peace and Security

畢業於哈佛大學甘迺迪政府學院，過去曾任職USAID首任性別平等與婦女賦權資深協調人，並同時身兼USAID署長資深顧問。2016至2018年擔任「美國和平研究所」（USIP）副會長，為性別平等及婦女安全領域之領銜專家。

Koppell received her M.A. in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. She is a Distinguished Fellow at the Georgetown University Institute for Women, Peace and Security. She was previously the Vice President for the Center for Applied Conflict Transformation at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). Before joining USIP, Koppell served as Chief Strategy Officer for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Prior to serving as CSO, Koppell served as USAID’s first senior coordinator for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment and as a senior advisor to the USAID Administrator.

Ari Horie is a Silicon Valley innovator and thought leader. She is the Founder & CEO of the Women’s Startup Lab (WSLab), a unique Silicon Valley accelerator for women entrepreneurs. Ari has also pioneered a corporate education program designed to develop high-potential women leaders into innovative and confident senior executives by giving them the chance to work with startup visionaries in Silicon Valley. She has been named one of one of CNN’s 10 Visionary Women of 2014, Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Women of Influence in Silicon Valley” in 2015, “40 over 40” Women to Watch in 2015”, and Marie Claire’s “20 Women Changing the Ratio,” to name but a few.

Lisa Kao was appointed to General Manager of IBM Taiwan effective in 2017. She is accountable for IBM’s operation in Taiwan. It has been 26 years since she joined IBM Taiwan. She was also the first Chinese female GM of Systems-Hardware sector. As a female leader in tech industry dominated by male, she is famous for her approachable leadership style.

Yi-Ya is a graduate of the product design department. She was deeply attracted to the Yuan-li’s rush weaving industry a few years ago. It was the hope of Yi-Ya for the sustainability of rush-weaving industry which gave birth to Sunnyrush. She believes that the competitive ability of the industry can be improved with value-added design, and more job opportunities can be created in the local community.

Cam-Van joined the founding team of Up in 2016 as Head of Operations and then Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Cam-Van spent years in Strategy and Management Consulting industry, working at Deloitte London and Solidiance Singapore. Outside work, Van is the chapter director of “Lean In” Vietnam. In 2017, Van had the honour to host Sheryl Sandberg in a fireside chat on Empowering Women Entreprenuership.

金融科技論壇登場 余宛如：強化數位國家的落實

立法委員余宛如於今（31）日與何志偉委員，一同出席由台灣數位文化協會所舉辦「抓住趨勢、創新未來」金融科技論壇，出席貴賓不僅有中央銀行副總裁陳南光、金管會主委顧立雄等重量級官員，將來銀行籌備處執行長劉奕成、樂天國際商業銀行董事長簡明仁兩位純網銀執照競爭者，也將首次進行對談。 余宛如委員於致詞表示，台灣金融數位化基礎建設，包括網路銀行、ATM網絡、網路社群經營及行動銀行完備，並舉例台灣銀行密度媲美便利超商，悠遊卡與信用卡發卡量各有6000萬與4000萬張，所以普惠金融與發展金融科技在生活裡面的需求是什麼？ 余宛如委員進一步指出，應該從國家願景的角度切入，就是數位國家的落實和資料經濟的轉型，這也是為什麼自己一直強調消費者資料權（Consumer Data Right）的重要性。除此之外應打造更好的環境和法規調適來吸引外資，藉由國際交流培養更深層的人才，掌握數位經濟轉型下的臺灣機會數據驅動經濟的時代。 何志偉委員則提及，金融科技蓬勃發展、5Ｇ時代即將來臨，今天來到現場是以新同學身份來學習。並提到最近剛發表的Apple Card議題，顯示監管與鼓勵創新的對立，要找到平衡非常不容易，感謝余委員在立法院的努力，推動金融沙盒法案，也表示行政官員都很重要，期待未來大家能多多集思廣益，更舉例區塊鏈的去中心化技術，就是未來民主的方向，大家的聲音都能進入而且紀錄，越是公開越是透明，就能越快速找到平衡點。 金管會顧立雄主委致詞則表示，金管會是金融秩序穩定與金融消費者保護的責任機構，但也很重視金融創新的發展，為求創新與監管的平衡，目前金管會有三個方向，一、成立創新中心主動了解、辨識風險，進一步決定監理政策；二、採負責任創新，希望新創業者同時要考量風險、消費者保護與資安等議題；三、科技中立原則，以金融業務本質決定監理措施。 （民視新聞網報導）
